Visa Support: We sincerely welcome you and your members to Incheon for this meaningful and inspiring event, which brings together architects from across Asia.

For delegates requiring a visa, please follow the steps below: 1. Complete Registration: Create an account at https://aca-21.kr, select your options, and complete the registration fee payment.
2. Contact Your Architects Institute: Fill out the designated Excel form provided by your respective architect institute.
3. Submit Official Letter and Name List: Each architects institute should submit an official letter and the official list of registered delegates to KIRA by July 20, 2025.

Please note: Visa support documents are only issued to participants officially recommended by each member architects institute.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by August 24, 2025	Receive a full refund
Cancellation from August 25, 2025	No refund

To cancel your registration, please send a written notice by email to the ACA21 Secretariat at aca21.arcasia@gmail.com.
All refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the conference. Please note that registrants are responsible for any bank charges related to the refund.
Card payments and Online payments can be refunded through their respective payment methods.
Please note that after notarized documents (such as the invitation letter and letter of guarantee) have been sent to each association to assist with visa issuance for ACA21 participation, refunds will no longer be possible. (KIRA pays a notarization fee of 60,000 KRW per document.)
